2015 AGRICULTURE INDUSTRY DINNER

 

 

Tickets are now available for the 44th annual Agricultural Industry Dinner on Wednesday, January 21st, 2015, at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino. An early-bird discount is available for registrations received by December 31.

Sponsored by the Delaware Council of Farm Organizations, the event began in 1971 as a way to celebrate Delaware farmers and honor our agricultural heritage.

Secretary of Agriculture Ed Kee will present the Secretary's Award for Distinguished Service to Delaware Agriculture, and the event will also feature an auction of two low-number farm vehicle tags, with proceeds benefiting the Delaware Farm Bureau Foundation's mobile agricultural education laboratory.

Tickets purchased by the December 31 early-bird deadline are $60 per person or $550 per table of 10. Tickets purchased by the January 9th final deadline are $65 per person or $600 per table. Tickets will be available at the door, and will not be mailed. No registrations or payment will be taken at the door.

The evening begins with a reception at 5 p.m., and dinner at 6:30 p.m.
